Welcome to webmcp.pro. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
webmcp.pro provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI integration consulting services, including but not limited to: MCP server design and development, tool integrations, agent workflows, and architecture audits. Services are delivered on an hourly or project basis as agreed upon between you and webmcp.pro.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account or engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Consulting fees are agreed upon between both parties before work begins. Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.
5. Scope of Work
For project-based engagements, the scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in a separate statement of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties. Changes to scope may result in additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- All custom work product created specifically for you during a consulting engagement is owned by you upon full payment.
- Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks owned by webmcp.pro remain our property. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use any such components delivered as part of your project.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any proprietary webmcp.pro technology not included in your deliverables.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, datasets, and any other information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary information, systems, and stakeholders
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Not use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Maintain your own backups of data and systems
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, webmcp.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to webmcp.pro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of webmcp.pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
